They are composed of grade 40 neodymium iron boron magnetic material and are plated in nickel-copper-nickel for a shiny corrosion resistant finish. They are very effective magnets. I utilized to make ornamental magnets out of rocks and sea glass for my fridge with super glue. Worked excellent will keep Anything to the fridge door.

A little too strong to become utilized as refrigerator magnets. They need to be slid towards the edge in order to obtain them off.
